We ship Monday through Friday from our small-batch kitchen in Salt Lake City. Below is exactly what to expect once you order — including how we handle hot weather, what travels in a cooler, and what doesn't need one.
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship the next business day from our small-batch kitchen in Salt Lake City. Weekend orders go out the following Monday morning.
Once your box leaves our kitchen, most addresses in the continental US receive it within 2–5 business days.
Bruges waffles don't need to arrive cold
When we add ice packs or a styrofoam cooler to a chocolate-dipped order in hot weather, it's not to chill the waffles. It's to keep the outside chocolate from melting in transit. By the time your box lands on your doorstep, your waffles will be room temp and ready to eat — exactly as we intended.
We ship to the continental US — all 48 states. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
Free standard shipping on orders $45 and over. Smaller orders are charged a flat standard shipping rate at checkout.
Our Torpedo waffles have Belgian chocolate batons inserted inside the dough, not coating the outside. Because the chocolate is inside the waffle, Torpedos never need ice or insulation — they ship safely in any season, hot or cold.
When your forecast is warm and you've ordered chocolate-dipped waffles (with chocolate on the outside), your order ships in a styrofoam cooler with reusable ice packs at no extra cost to you. Open the box as soon as it arrives — the cold pack keeps the chocolate solid in transit.

No special storage required — just keep them in their wrapper until you're ready to eat. To re-warm, microwave 10 seconds for soft and melty, or eat at room temp for a firmer bite.
