Hi, I’m Noe.

My dad started Bruges 21 years ago—the same year I was born—using his 80-year-old family recipe. What began as a small waffle cart eventually grew into two restaurants. But even after all those years of hard work, there was still no clear end in sight for him.

That’s when I made a decision: I dropped out of college to go all in on sharing our packaged waffles with the world. At 21 years old, my focus is simple—take care of my family and help make my dad’s dream come true.

FAQ

How fast is shipping?

We fulfill all orders the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location

What is the shelf life?

All of our waffles arrive individually wrapped. They have a 45-day shelf life at room temperature, 3 months in the refrigerator, and 6 months in the freezer.

How will the chocolate-dipped waffles arrive?

All of our chocolate-dipped waffles (excluding Torpedo Waffles) are shipped in a styrofoam cooler with gel packs. This ensures they arrive at room temperature without the chocolate melting.

How do you recommend eating them?

For the best experience, try your waffles in different ways and see which you love most:


Chocolate-Dipped Waffles: Best enjoyed straight from the fridge for that perfect chocolate “snap.” You can also eat them at room temperature, but do not heat these up.

Torpedo Waffles: Delicious warm or chilled, though they can also be enjoyed at room temperature.

Plain Waffles (Vanilla or Cinnamon): Best when heated up or at room temperature.
