An 80-Year-Old Belgian Family Recipe
Bruges Belgian Bistro began in 2003 when my father Pierre Van Damme started making family-recipe dipping waffles in our home kitchen. From a food cart on Salt Lake City’s Main Street to the Downtown Farmers Market, we grew into two restaurants and a franchise at the SLC airport. Today, our family continues the tradition, crafting and shipping our Belgian waffles across the country.
